The Shape Of The worship

Knock on the Temple door. Ring the bell. The Divine Mother Is Visualised In The Heart. Then the inner ascent: at each of the Sacred centers, one of the Sacred Names is held, with a still and reverent mind, and the light rises. At the crown, the thousand-petaled lotus opens, and the nectar descends. Pray To Maa. Then Carry The Blessings Of Maa within, The Divine Light Radiant through the body, and depart with Pranam.

That same Meru Abides within the subtle spine, its enclosures Awakening as the chakras rise. The outer worship and the inner ascent are one.
