मन्दिर के द्वार पर दस्तक दें। घण्टा बजाएँ। हृदय में दिव्य माता का ध्यान किया जाता है। फिर आन्तरिक आरोहण: प्रत्येक पवित्र केन्द्र पर, स्थिर और श्रद्धापूर्ण मन से, एक पवित्र नाम धारण किया जाता है, और ज्योति ऊपर उठती है। शिखर पर सहस्रदल कमल खिलता है, और अमृत उतरता है। माँ से प्रार्थना करें। फिर माँ के आशीर्वाद को अपने भीतर धारण करें, दिव्य ज्योति सम्पूर्ण शरीर में प्रकाशित रहे, और प्रणाम के साथ विदा लें।Maa Sri Lalitha SahasraNama Stotramवही मेरु सूक्ष्म मेरुदण्ड में विराजमान है, चक्रों के जागरण के साथ उसके आवरण जाग्रत होते हैं। बाह्य उपासना और आन्तरिक आरोहण एक ही हैं।
